On Thursday (Sept. 22), Redmi will unveil the Redmi Note 13 series of smartphones in China. The company recently confirmed that it will also unveil the Redmi Pad SE at the same event for the home market. Today, the company confirmed that it will announce the Redmi Buds 5 TWS earbuds alongside the Note 13 series.
Redmi Buds 5 key features
Redmi released the above poster to showcase the design and the key features of the Redmi Buds 5. It will be available in three shades, such as white, light purple, and black.
The Redmi Buds 5 will replace the Buds 4, which was announced in China last year. Key features of the Redmi Buds 5 include cutting-edge noise reduction technology with a 46dB noise reduction capability, noise reduction within a 2kHz bandwidth, and AI-powered dual microphone noise reduction for crystal-clear calls.
As can be seen, the Redmi Buds 5 is mainly focused on noise cancellation. The brand is yet to reveal the audio capabilities and battery life of the product.
Coming to the other products that will be announced on Sept. 21, Redmi will unveil the Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+ with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 and Dimensity 7200-Ultra onboard, respectively. The company will also announce the Redmi Note 13, but its specifications are yet to be confirmed. Both devices are expected to arrive with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with curved edges and a 200-megapixel triple camera unit.
As mentioned above, the Redmi Pad SE is an entry-level tablet featuring an 11-inch 2K LCD display, a Snapdragon 680 chip, and an 8,000mAh battery with 10W charging.
