Vivo has finally confirmed the launch date for the Vivo X Fold 2, Vivo X Flip, and Vivo Pad 2. The company took to its Weibo handle to reveal that these products will be unveiled at 7 pm (local time) on April 20 in China.

The Vivo X Fold 2 will debut as the first-ever foldable phone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It will arrive with LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a 4,800mAh battery. It will support 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. The device will be equipped with an 8.03-inch AMOLED E6 foldable screen (2160 x 1916 pixels) and a 6.53-inch AMOLED E6 (2520 x 1080 pixels) screen. Both phones support a 120Hz refresh rate and an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner. It will have a 16-megapixel cover display camera and a 16-megapixel internal display camera. The back panel of the device will have a 50-megapixel (IMX866) + 12-megapixel (IMX663 ultra-wide) + 12-megapixel (IMX663 telephoto) triple camera unit.
The Vivo X Flip will have a 6.8-inch E6 AMOLED FHD+ foldable display, Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 4,400mAh battery with 44W charging. It will have a 16-megapixel front camera, and a 50-megapixel (IMX866) + 12-megapixel (IMX663) dual-camera system on the back, along with a large-sized cover screen.
The Vivo Pad 2 will arrive with a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display that offers a 2.8K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Dimensity 9000 chipset, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage, and have a 10,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging. It will have an 8-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera system on the back.
