Sony Xperia L is now up for pre-orders in the U.S.

Sony Xperia L is now up for pre-orders in the U.S.For those looking to get themselves an entry-level smartphone this summer, then you may consider getting the latest Sony Xperia L which is officially up for pre-orders from Sony Store for just $349.99. If you’re interested, the Xperia L will be available in 3 colors – white, black and red. As mentioned, the Xperia L is only an entry-level smartphone so we shouldn’t expect too much from its specifications as well.

The Xperia L will be sporting a 4.3-inch 480 x 854 pixels display, powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with Adreno 305 graphic chip. Likewise, the device will also be coming with a 1GB RAM as well as 8GB internal storage. Unlike other entry-level devices, Sony has equipped the Xperia L with an impressive 8 megapixels Exmor RS camera for users to snap HD photos. There will also be a microSD slot available for you to expand the storage for the Xperia L.

Although we admit that the Sony Xperia L is indeed one of the best entry-level device out there, but many would probably get the Nexus 4 instead since we’ll be paying the same price for both devices. Don’t you agree with us?

*Update : The Xperia L should arrive in some of the carriers in U.S. by the end of this month.
