Upcoming OPPO PECM10 key details leaked; will be an affordable 5G mid-ranger

In recent weeks, OPPO had announced quite a number of affordable 5G mid-ranger smartphones including the more recent OPPO A72 5G. However, it seems like the Chinese smartphone maker is not planning to tone down their 5G launches anytime soon.

Apparently, an upcoming OPPO smartphone bearing the model number PECM10 had been certified by the Chinese TENAA authority. Based on the information revealed in the listing, the OPPO PECM10 will be another budget-centric 5G smartphone.

The OPPO PECM10 features a 6.5-inches FHD+ LCD display which has a hole-punch cutout on the upper-left corner that houses an 8 megapixels selfie camera. Since its a LCD display, its natural that the device will come with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

On the flip-side, the device has a squarish camera module that looks similar to what we’d seen on the recently announced OPPO F17 Pro. However, it will come with three cameras instead of four. These cameras include a 16 megapixels primary shooter, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor.

Although there isn’t any information pertaining to its underlying chip, but it is likely to be a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. On top of that, it will feature up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage in its memory department.

To keep its light on, the OPPO PECM10 is helmed by a 4,000mAh battery with fast-charging support. It will be shipped with the custom ColorOS based on Android 10 OS.
