Courtesy to the folks at 91mobiles, we’re able to get some juicy details of this upcoming smartphone ahead of its unveiling. According to them, the Vivo Y12 will be coming with a 6.25-inches Halo FullView HD+ display which is powered by an octa-core Helio P22 SoC alongside 3GB/ 4GB of RAM and 32GB/ 64GB internal storage space in the memory compartment.

Camera-wise, you can find a triple-camera setup at the back comprising of a 13MP (f/2.2 aperture) main snapper, 8MP (f/2.2 aperture) telephoto/ ultrawide sensor, as well as a 2MP (f/2.4 aperture) depth sensor. On its front panel, there will be an 8MP (f/2.2 aperture) selfie camera as well. Certainly, its good to see more entry-level smartphones picking up the triple-camera configuration so its no longer limited only to the more expensive handsets.

The Vivo Y12 will run on Vivo’s Funtouch OS 9 based on the latest Android 9.0 Pie OS. Under the hood, a mammoth 5,000mAh power plant is available for hours of continuous usage on the go.

As for its pricing, the device will arrive in two different models with the 3GB+32GB model coming with a price of INR 11,999 (S$236) and the 4GB+64GB with a price of INR 12,999 (S$256)
