Vivo S12 Pro Has Dual LED Flash for it’s Dual Selfie Cameras

Vivo will be unleashing the Vivo S12 and S12 Pro smartphones in China on Dec. 22. A new teaser reveals that the S12 Pro will offer an impressive selfie photography experience.

As can be seen in the screenshot above, the Vivo S12 Pro, which sports a curved edge display with a wide notch, will be sporting a dual selfie camera setup. The image confirms the presence of two front-firing soft-LED flash units. Moving to the back, the S12 Pro can be seen flaunting a 108-megapixel triple camera unit.

Vivo S12 Pro Specifications (Rumored)

So far, reports have revealed that the Vivo S12 Pro will be equipped with a 6.5-inch OLED panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display is likely to be flanked with other features like an in-screen fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass protection.

The display notch will house a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 primary camera, which will be accompanied by an 8-megapixel Hynix Hi846 ultrawide snapper. Its rear camera setup will have an OIS-enabled 108-megapixel main camera, which will be coupled with an 8-megapixel OmniVision OV8856 superwide lens and a 2-megapixel B&W sensor.

The Vivo S12 Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 1200 chipset and 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The device will ship with 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It is likely to house a 4,2300mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. The S12 and S12 Pro models will come preloaded with Android 12, which will be overlaid with the latest OriginOS Ocean UI. It is speculated to carry a price tag of 3,499 Yuan (~$549).
