Vivo will unveil the Vivo S18 series of smartphones on Dec. 14 in China. The company has already confirmed the key details of the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro, but it hasn’t revealed concrete details about the S18e, which will be the entry-level model in the lineup. A new leak by tipster Panda is Blad has revealed the key specifications of the S18e.
Vivo S18e key specifications (rumored)
According to the leaker, the Vivo S18e will be equipped with a flat OLED panel, which is likely to support a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate like the Vivo S17e. The leaker has revealed that the device will be powered by the Dimensity 7200 chipset.
It will pack a 4,800mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. There is no information about the device’s front camera, but the rear panel will house a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It is likely that the device will arrive with OriginOS 4-based Android 14.
In comparison, the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro will have a curved-edge OLED panel. Both phones are confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Dimensity 9200+ chipsets, respectively. The S18 and S18 Pro are expected to arrive with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage.
There is a possibility that the S18e may ship with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of built-in storage. In comparison, the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro will have a 5,000mAh battery with 80W charging.
