Vivo has quietly announced a new mid-ranger smartphone known as the Vivo S7t in the Chinese market today. This device will be the third model within the current S7 lineup which also includes the Vivo S7 and S7e.
In terms of specs, the only difference between the Vivo S7 and S7t actually lies within its underlying chip. While the Vivo S7 is powered by the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G chipset, the Vivo S7e settles for the MediaTek’s Dimensity 820 chipset.
Other than that, the rest of the specs remain unchanged. The Vivo S7t features a 6.44-inches AMOLED display which offers a FHD+ screen resolution as well as an impressive 91.2% screen-to-body ratio. The device however, has a pretty huge notch at the front which accommodates a pair of 44 megapixels main camera and 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens for selfies.
On the flip-side, there’s also a squarish camera housing which is home to a triple-camera setup consisting of a 64 megapixels primary shooter, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor.
Keeping its lights on is none other than a 4,000mAh battery that comes with 33W flash charging support. As usual, it will be shipped with the latest OriginOS 1.0 based on Android 11 out of the box.
For those who’re interested, the Vivo S7t is available in a single 8GB+128GB configuration which retails at 2,598 Yuan (US$402).
