Vivo seems to be preparing to introduce its latest and most powerful phone in the T4 series in India. While the current T4 lineup includes the Vivo T4 and T4x, a new addition—the Vivo T4 Ultra—could soon be joining the family. As per a new report, the brand might launch this device as early as next month.
Vivo T4 Ultra’s first details emerge

According to XpertPick, the Vivo T4 Ultra is rumored to be driven by the Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset, a significant leap from last year’s T3 Ultra that ran on the Dimensity 9200 Plus chip. The new chipset is claimed to achieve over two million points on AnTuTu, indicating top-tier performance.
Additionally, the T4 Ultra is expected to run on the latest FunTouch OS 15, complete with new AI tools such as AI Image Studio, AI Erase 2.0, and Live Cutout.
Interestingly, the T3 Ultra was based on the Vivo S19 Pro model available in China, with some differences like the missing telephoto camera. Similarly, the Vivo T4 Ultra could share similarities with the Vivo S20 Pro, launched in China in December 2024.
The S20 Pro featured a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution, a triple rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor, and a periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. It also included a 50-megapixel front camera and a 5,500mAh battery supporting 90W charging.
