Vivo V21 and Vivo V21e to Launch on April 27 in Malaysia

Earlier this week, Vivo Malaysia released the first teasers of the Vivo V21 series of smartphones. Today, the Chinese firm released an official confirmation that the Vivo V21 series will be debuting on April 27 in Malaysia. The lineup includes two smartphones namely, Vivo V21 and Vivo V21e.

The company claims that the Vivo V21 series is capable at snapping steady and clearer selfies in low-light conditions. It has been confirmed that the Vivo V21 will be equipped with an OIS-assisted front-facing camera of 44-megapixel. However, its unclear whether the V21e will be arriving with the same camera upfront.

Moving on, both models are also expected to feature dual front-firing flash units, and are equipped with a waterdrop notch display. The actual screen size and resolution remain to be seen at the moment.

Over at the back, the Vivo V21 series smartphones bring along a triple camera system led by an OIS-ready 64-megapixel camera that’s capable of shooting handheld videos even under low-light environment. The details of the auxiliary cameras of the Vivo V21 lineup are yet to be confirmed.

Based on past reports, there’s a possibility that the Vivo V21 smartphones could be rebranded models of the Vivo S9 and S9e which were announced in the Chinese market recently.
