An upcoming Vivo phone with model number V2168A has been approved by the TENAA authority of China. The listing has revealed the entire specifications and design of the mysterious smartphone. Since it is a low-powered 4G device, it may break cover as a Y-series smartphone.

The V2168A handset is packed with a 4,910mAh battery. Its charging capabilities are not known yet since it hasn’t been certified by the 3C authority of China. For security, it features a side-facing fingerprint scanner. With TENAA certification under the tow, it appears the V2168A smartphone may debut in the next few days in China.
In related news, Vivo has another 4G LTE smartphone with model number V2140A waiting in the pipeline to go official. It was certified by the TENAA authority earlier this month. Except for the chipset, the specs and design of the V2140A phone are identical to the newly spotted V2168A.
