Vivo’s first V29 series phone is expected to launch this month in some markets. As per a new report by MySmartPrice, the V29e is all set to debut by the end of this month in India. It has leaked the key specifications of the smartphone. On the other hand, a report by 91mobiles Hindi includes leaked renders of the said phone. Here is a look at what to expect from the smartphone.
Vivo V29e specifications (rumored)
The Vivo V29e, as shown in the leaked renders above, will feature a curved-edge AMOLED panel that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will sport a slim profile and come equipped with a color-changing glass back.
It is expected to arrive in two configurations, such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, in India. For those who don’t know, the device has the V2023 model number, which has been spotted at some certification sites and Geekbench in the recent past.
As per the Geekbench listing, the Vivo V29e is likely to feature the Snapdragon 480 5G or Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G chipset and Android 13. The other details of the smartphone are yet to be revealed.
As per a recent report by IDC, Vivo is currently the number one brand in terms of market share in India. The V29 series will certainly help maintain its lead in the country. While the V29e is expected to debut this month, it is likely that the V29 and V29 Pro will break cover in September.
