During the 5G AI chip media conference this month, Vivo has confirmed that the highly anticipated Vivo X30 series will be announced in December.
Today, Vivo has released the first-ever video teaser for the X30 series which seems to hint on the device’s photography prowess. The 30-second long clip also revealed that the Vivo X30 will be arriving with a vertically-aligned camera module which is expected to house 4 camera sensors.
The Vivo X30 will be the company’s first smartphone series to be driven by Samsung’s Exynos 980 SoC which is capable of supporting both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G modes.
The Exynos 980 is said to be able to achieve a maximum download speed of 2.55Gbps on a 5G connection, as well as an impressive download speed of up to 3.55Gbps on a 4G and 5G combined download links.
Currently, the Vivo X30 is just one of the many upcoming 5G smartphones which are expected to made their official debut in the coming months. For the next two weeks, there will be two new 5G devices announced – Honor V30 5G and Huawei Nova 6 5G.
