The Vivo X50 Pro smartphone is scheduled to go official along with the vanilla Vivo X50 handset on June 1. Vivo is yet to confirm the specifications of both phones. The official renders of the Vivo X50 Pro have already appeared on Chinese retailer sites.
Without revealing the name of the device, a Chinese tipster has shared the key specifications of what appears to be an upcoming Vivo phone. Hence, he seems to have revealed the specs of the Vivo X50 Pro smartphone.
The leak states that the smartphone features a 6.56-inch display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2376 pixels. The S-AMOLED display supports the 90Hz refresh rate. On the other side, the Vivo X50 Pro is expected to come with a punch-hole screen with curved edges.
The rear side of the Vivo X50 Pro smartphone has a quad-camera setup that includes a Sony IMX598 lens, a Samsung S5K3L6 lens, a Hynix Hi846 sensor, and an OmniVision OV08A10 lens. Another tipster responded to the same Weibo post by commenting that the rear-facing camera setup of the smartphone has a 48-megapixel main shooter, a portrait lens by Samsung, an 8-megapixel Hynix ultrawide sensor, and a 13-megapixel OV telephoto sensor. The handset has a Samsung S5KGD1 32-megapixel selfie camera.
Moving on, the Vivo X50 Pro smartphone is also expected to be fueled by an octa-core Snapdragon 765G processor. Recently, the Vivo X50 / X50 Pro had appeared on Geekbench with SD765G SoC. The phone has a 4,315mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.
The X50 handset is equipped with AK4377A Hi-Fi audio chip. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor. It will be coming to Chinese markets in black, blue, and pink colors. The leak has no information on the pricing of the Vivo X50 series.
