After months of waiting, Vivo Malaysia has finally announced that the much anticipated Vivo X60 series smartphones will be making its official debut on March 22nd later this month.
Currently, the Vivo X60 series has a total of three different models including the vanilla Vivo X60, X60 Pro, as well as the top-of-the-line X60 Pro+. It is however not known whether Vivo will be launching all three models or just the X60 and X60 Pro in the Malaysian market.
While the global variants of these devices are expected to share largely similar specs as the ones that were launched in the Chinese market. Vivo has confirmed that the global variants of the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro will be featuring the new Snapdragon 870 instead of the Exynos 1080 chipset which is found in the Chinese variants.
The Vivo X60 series smartphones arrive just in time to provide consumers more options in addition to recently unveiled Xiaomi Mi 11, as well as the upcoming OPPO Find X3 and OnePlus 9 series smartphones which will also be launched this month.
