Vivo Y300 Pro+ tipped to Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, 7320mAh battery, and more

Vivo is set to unveil the Vivo Y300i smartphone on March 14 in China. The device will be a slightly modified version of the Y39 5G and T4x, which were recently launched in Malaysia and India, respectively. The Y300 series is expected to include multiple models, one of which is the Y300 Pro+, whose key specifications have been revealed by a Chinese tech blogger.

According to tipster Panda is Bald, the Vivo Y300+ will feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. The major highlight of this phone is that it will pack a 7,320mAh battery. This appears to be the rated value of the battery, and its typical value could be around 7,500mAh.

The leak further states that the Y300 Pro+ will have a 32-megapixel front camera, and it will feature a 50-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back. The rest of its specifications are under wraps.

.The Vivo Y300 Pro+ will be positioned above the Vivo Y300 Pro, which debuted with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 in September 2024. The Y300 Pro was launched with a starting price of 1,799 Yuan ($250). Therefore, the Y300 Pro+ with beefed up specs could be priced between 2,000 Yuan ($275) and 2,500 Yuan ($345).

In related news, Vivo is gearing up to launch the Vivo X200 Ultra in April in China. As the moniker goes, the device equipped with top-notch cameras will rival the likes of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and the upcoming Oppo Find X8 Ultra.

Apart from the X200 Ultra, the brand is also expected to unveil the Vivo X200 as one of the first phones powered by the Dimensity 9400 Plus chip. Vivo’s April launch is also expected to see the arrival of the X200 Pro Mini’s new purple color variant.
