Vivo Z6’s 44W fast-charging can fully charge the device within 65 minutes

Yesterday, Vivo had confirmed that the company will be announcing the new Vivo Z6 mid-ranger smartphone on February 29th.

Although the device has yet to be made official, but we’d already learned quite a bit about the device and had also seen it’s official renders depicting the device in 3 different colors including Light Blue, Black and Purple.

The Vivo Z6 will be a 5G-ready phone that is driven by the latest Snapdragon 765G SoC that enable the device to support both standalone (SA) and non-standalone 5G modes. It will come equipped with a hefty 5,00mAh battery which is capable of supporting 44W fast-charging.

According to an official teaser released by Vivo today, the device could be charged from 0 to 30% within 14 minutes and from 0 to 70% within a short span of 35 minutes. A full charge from 0 to 100% will take only 65 minutes as well. That’s in fact pretty fast keeping in mind that the device has a huge 5,000mAh battery.

Besides that, Vivo had also revealed that the device will feature a dedicated liquid cooling system to keep the device cool during intensive gaming. Therefore, we could see that the Vivo Z6 has been shape up to be a decent gaming phone that is targeted at the mid-tier segment.

For those who yearns for even greater performance, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO will be announcing their latest iQOO 3 5G gaming-centric phone on February 25th. That’s definitely an exciting phone for us to look forward to as well.
