Xiaomi is expected to announce the Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro before the end of this year. Rumors are rife that the former will be a compact flagship phone, whereas the Pro will be a bigger device. A new leak by Digital Chat Station has tipped the display specifications of the Xiaomi 13 Pro.
According to the tipster, the bigger model in the Xiaomi 13 series will have a 6.7-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display. It will carry support for a Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. As far as the display design is concerned, it will be a punch-hole screen with curved edges.
The tipster has previously claimed that the Xiaomi 13 will have a 6.36-inch AMOLED flat display with a centrally positioned punch-hole and an ultra-thin bezel. It is unclear whether it will support FHD+ or QHD+ resolution, but it is expected to support a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro are likely to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is expected to debut in November this year. The series is expected to house a single-cell battery, which will carry support for 100W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Both devices are also likely to have an updated version of the Surge P1 charging chip, which will help them handle power better.
