Xiaomi recently confirmed that it will announce the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro flagship phones on Oct. 26. The two phones will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is set to go official on Oct. 25 through Qualcomm’s 2023 Snapdragon Summit event. Today, the brand released the official images of the Xiaomi 14 to showcase its design for the first time.

The Xiaomi 14 can be seen sporting a punch-hole AMOLED display with ultra-narrow bezels. The company has confirmed that it is equipped with a 6.36-inch display, which means it will be one of the most compact phones featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip onboard.
The edges of the devices are flat and have a shiny appeal, which indicates that it could be equipped with a stainless-steel frame. Interestingly, the top edge, which is supposed to have elements like a noise-cancelling microphone, an IR blaster, and a speaker, is completely barren. One of the images that gives a glimpse of the bottom edge shows a SIM slot and a microphone.
The back panel of the phone has a square camera module, which houses three cameras and an LED flash. The camera setup includes a Leica-engineered Vario-Summilux primary camera with an f/1.6 to f/2.2 variable aperture.
The Xiaomi 14 Pro will have the same design as the Xiaomi 14. However, it will be a larger device, catering to people who prefer bigger displays. Both models are confirmed to come in white. It is speculated that both phones will come in black and green variants, and the standard model is also expected to come in pink.
