Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite is an affordable 5G phone you should consider

During an online launch event today, Xiaomi has officially announced a brand new 5G mid-ranger smartphone known as the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite. This device was launched alongside the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro for the European market.

As it’s name suggests, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite will be the most affordable model within the current Mi 10 series. It comes with a starting price of just EUR349 (US$387), and is no doubt one of the cheapest 5G phones available in the market.

For starter, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite features a dewdrop-notch AMOLED display which measures approximately 6.57-inches diagonally. Within the mini dewdrop compartment, there is also a decent 16 megapixels selfie camera.

Over the flip-side, there will be a squarish camera module located on it’s top-left corner. This somehow reminds us of the Redmi Note 9S and Redmi Note 9 Pro, which have a seemingly similar design of the rear cameras.

In this nice-looking camera module, there will be a quad-camera setup which will come with an impressive 48 megapixels main camera. As for the other three cameras, their specifications are still unavailable at the moment.

Moving on, the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765 SoC will sit at the heart of the device along with an unspecified amount of RAM and up to 128GB onboard storage space.

In terms of connectivity, the Mi 10 Lite is capable of supporting both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G modes similar to most recent 5G devices.

Although it’s not a gaming-centric smartphone, but the Mi 10 Lite do feature a so-called LiqudCool system which will help keep the device’s temperature low after hours of intensive gaming.

Last but not the least, the device will be fueled by a huge 4,160mAh battery which supports up to 20W fast-charging.
