Xiaomi has officially announced the much anticipated Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra flagship phone in the Malaysian market which makes the country the first in the global market to launch this smartphone locally.
According to Xiaomi Malaysia, pre-order for the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra will commence on April 8th at a price of RM4,299 (US$1,041) for its sole 12GB+256GB model. However, the company has yet to announce the date of its first sale in the Malaysian market at the moment.
The same device is also expected to make its way to other markets in the next two months, and had already confirmed to be launching in India on April 23rd later this month.
So far, the Mi 11 Ultra has been well-received in its home market. During its debut sale last week, the Mi 11 Ultra along with the Mi 11 Pro, collectively surpassed the 170,000 sales mark within the first minute of its debut sale.
For those who’d missed out, some of the key highlights of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra include its 6.81” WQHD+ AMOLED display, 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate, Snapdragon 888, 50MP triple-camera setup, 20MP selfie camera, 5,000mAh battery, as well as 67W wired and wireless fast-charging support.
