Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra & Mi 11 Pro First Sale: More than 170K units sold in one minute

Earlier this morning, the newly announced Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra finally went on their debut sale in the Chinese market. As expected, these devices were selling like hotcakes the moment the debut sale kicks off.

According to Xiaomi, sales generated from the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra breezes past 1.2 billion yuan (collectively) in just one minute into the debut sale. If we do the math correctly, this actually equates to between 170,000 to 240,000 units sold within the first minute of debut sale.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra & Pro Sales Record

In the Chinese market, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro comes with a starting price of 4,999 Yuan (US$762), while the Mi 11 Ultra starts from 5,999 Yuan (US$914) with the maxed out model priced at 6,999 Yuan (US$1,067).

At the moment, only the Mi 11 Ultra had been made official in the global market. The Mi 11 Pro on the other hand, is currently exclusive only to the Chinese market.

In terms of market availability, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is likely to go on sale in most Asian markets within the next two months. Just yesterday, Xiaomi had announced that the company will be launching the Mi 11 Ultra in India on April 23rd and we can expect from local launches to come up as well.
