Earlier today, the much anticipated Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra was up for pre-order in the Malaysian market. However, the company quickly announced during the afternoon, around 2PM (GMT +8) that the Mi 11 Ultra had already been sold out during the first batch of pre-order.
In the Malaysian market, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is priced at M4,299 (US$1,041) for its sole 12GB+256GB model which is considerably cheaper than the 1,149 Euro (US$1,353) launch price in the European market.
In fact, Malaysia is the first country in the global market to launch this highly anticipated flagship. In the next couple of weeks, the company will continue to expand the availability of this handset to other markets with India being the next country to launch this device on April 23rd.
For those who’d missed out, some of the key highlights of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra include its 6.81” WQHD+ AMOLED display, 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate, Snapdragon 888, 50MP triple-camera setup, 20MP selfie camera, 5,000mAh battery, as well as 67W wired and wireless fast-charging support.
