Xiaomi has been officially teasing the Mi 5X smartphone through various images on its Weibo account. Today, it has released a video that shows the beauty of the smartphone.
The above video teaser begins by showcasing the dual rear cameras of the phone. And it then the color variants of the phone such as gold, pink and black are showcased.
Oppo and Vivo have several budget friendly camera centric smartphones in the market. The Xiaomi Mi 5X is speculated to take on such smartphones. Just as the Oppo and Vivo branded smartphones bears resemblance with the iPhone, the design of the Mi 5X is also similar to the iPhone.
It has been revealed that the Xiaomi Mi 5X features a 5.5-inch FHD display, a Snapdragon 625 chipset, 4 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 64 GB. It will come with Android 7.1 Nougat OS and 3,000mAh battery. The registrations of the phone began in the previous week on Xiaomi’s official online store. Jingdong Mall has also started receiving registrations of the phone from today. The sales of the phone are expected to start on Aug. 1 by 10 AM.
