Xiaomi will be debuting the Mi 9 Pro 5G along with Mi MIX Alpha today through an unveil event in China. Few hours ahead of the launch, hands-on photos of the Dream White edition of the Mi 9 Pro 5G smartphone have appeared on Weibo.
The leaked hands-on images of the Mi 9 5G Pro shows that the smartphone will be arriving with a waterdrop notch enabled display and a rear-mounted triple camera setup. The backside of the phone has a gradient color appeal.
The snapshots have revealed that the Snapdragon 855+ powered Mi 9 Pro 5G has a 4,000mAh battery that is equipped with 30W fast charging and it features Sony 48-megapixel superwide angle triple cameras. The variant that has appeared in hands-on images has an internal storage of 256 GB and 8 GB of RAM. The Android 9 Pie OS on the device is customized with MIUI 10.4.1.
The Mi 9 Pro 5G has a 6.39-inch S-AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution. It has a front camera of 20-megapixel. The display of the phone is integrated with a fingerprint scanner. The handset is expected to debut as the cheapest 5G phone in China.
