Xiaomi Mi Band 5’s New Poster Reveals Color Variants

Xiaomi will be launching the Mi Band 5 fitness band on June 5 in China. The Chinese firm has already revealed some of the key features of the MI Band 5 ahead of the launch. Today, it released a new poster for the fitness tracker to reveal the color variants of its strap.

In the new image, the Mi Band 5 can be seen in strap colors like yellow, red, blue, and black. The device can be seen flaunting its OLED panel in the image. It is believed that it features a 1.2-inch OLED panel. It will have a central button for navigating across its features.

The MI Band 5 will arrive with support for NFC connectivity. Since it is a fitness band, it will let users track various health activities like running, cycling, swimming, and so on.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 5 is expected to arrive with a remote camera function. It will have a new blood oxygen detection function. It is speculated that in order to charge the device, users won’t have to remove it from the strap since it is expected to arrive with a plug-in charger.

For users outside in China, the Mi Band 5 is expected to come with support for Amazon Alexa and Google Pay. In the home market, it will have the Xiao AI smart assistant. As of this writing, there is no word on the launch date of the Mi Band 5 for international markets. In China, the fitness tracker is expected to carry a price tag of 175 Yuan ($26)
