Xiaomi Mi Watch with Snapdragon Wear 3100, WearOS and 570mAh Battery is Official

Xiaomi has launched the Mi Watch smartwatch in China. It comes with a squarish form factor and a crown that makes it look like the Apple Watch. The device has been introduced in China with a price tag of 1,299 Yuan.

Xiaomi Mi Watch Specifications and Features

The Xiaomi Mi Watch come with an aluminum alloy body with matte finish. Apart from crown, a rectangular multi-purpose button with a microphone can be found on the right edge of the device. Another microphone is found on its left edge. It has a 1.78-inch AMOLED four-sided curved display.

The Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset powers the Mi Watch. It runs on MIUI 11 based WearOS. It is backed by a 570mAh battery and it can last for up 36 hours on a single charge. The fitness tracking features available on the Mi Watch are blood pressure monitor, sleep tracker, heart rate tracker and body energy monitor. The Mi Watch is a swim-ready device. The other features of the smartwatch are e-SIM support, LTE, W-Fi, GPS, NFC and Xiao AI voice assistant.

Priced at 1,299 Yuan ($185), the Mi Watch goes on sale in China on Nov. 11 in Silver and Elegant Black colors. There is a Mi Watch Premium Edition device that comes with sapphire glass display, polished stainless steel body and stainless steel strap. It is priced at 1,999 Yuan ($285) and it will be available for purchase in China next month.
