Xiaomi is reportedly gearing up to launch the Xiaomi MIX 5 flagship phone in China. At the same time, its sub-brand Redmi is also said to be working on the Redmi K50S Pro (or the Redmi K50 Ultra). Both devices were recently spotted on the 3C certification platform. Now, the MIX Fold 2 (model number 22061218C) and K50S Pro (model number 22081212C) have appeared in the database of TENAA certification to reveal some of their key specifications.
The Xiaomi MIX Fold 2’s TENAA listing reveals that the device will come in two variants, such as 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 1 TB storage. It will be yet another Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 powered device from the brand.
The 3C certification of the device revealed that it will have support for 67W fast charging. The other specifications of the device are under wraps.
The Redmi K50S Pro’s TENAA listing shows that it will come in two configurations, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. It is known through its 3C certification that it may arrive with support for 120W fast charging.
Reports have revealed that the Redmi K50S Pro will feature a 120Hz OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Rumors are rife that it will be the company’s first smartphone to feature a 200-megapixel main camera. It is likely to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
The Redmi K50S Pro is expected to get rebranded as the Xiaomi 12T Pro in the global market. The company is also rumored to launch the Dimensity 8100 chip-powered Redmi K50S in China. The K50S is likely to get rebadged as the Xiaomi 12T in other markets. The K50S series is expected to launch in August in China.
