With just two days left before the highly anticipated Xiaomi Mi 5S became official, more details of the device have been been revealed from the Chinese manufacturer.
Today, another teaser has been released by Xiaomi and this time round, it seems to hint that the device may indeed be featuring the Qualcomm’s brand-new Snapdragon Sense ID, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor which was rumored previously. Earlier this week, the Chinese company had already confirmed that the Mi 5S will be coming with a dual-camera setup at the back, and also a curved ceramic body for the device.
Surely, we can expect Xiaomi to release its final teaser for the Mi 5S tomorrow and we shall wait see what exciting feature it could be.
Specifications
From what we have gathered so far, the Xiaomi Mi 5S is expected to feature a 5.15″ FHD display with 3D touch support coupled with Qualcomm’s brand-new Snapdragon Sense ID, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Other alleged specs also include a massive 6GB RAM, 128/ 256GB internal storage, 16 megapixel main snapper at the back which is paired with a 13 megapixel front-facing camera for selfie purposes.
Pricing
The device is rumored to come in 2 versions, namely Mi 5S as well as Mi 5S Plus. The former will come with a 6GB+128GB configuration and is expected priced at RMB1,999 (~$299), while the higher-end 6GB+256GB model will be priced at RMB2,299 (~$344) instead.
