Xiaomi is reportedly working on the launch Redmi Note 5 and Redmi 5 Plus. These phones are speculated to debut before November 11 (Singles’ Day) which happens to be the biggest online shopping day in China.

Redmi Note 5

The Redmi Note 5 is expected to arrive in three models. The 16 GB and 32 GB models are expected to be feature 3 GB of RAM and are likely to powered by MediaTek Helio P25 chipset. These models are rumored to arrive with respective price tags of 999 Yuan (~$150) and 1,299 Yuan (~$195).

The Helio P25 model is a Standard variant whereas as a High variant featuring Snapdragon 630 is also speculated to debut soon. The Snapdragon 630 enabled Redmi Note 5 is likely to arrive with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It is likely to be priced around 1,599 Yuan (~$240).

As the rumor mill has revealed, the Redmi Note 5 variants will be sporting a full screen design. It is rumored to feature a 5.65-inch FHD+ display supplied by Pegasus. The rear side of the phone is speculated to house a 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera system.

Redmi 5 Plus

The Redmi 5 Plus is rumored as another cheap full screen smartphone from Xiaomi. It is rumored to feature 5.7-inch display that will support 720p resolution. It may include Snapdragon 450 and may be priced around 799 Yuan (~$120).
