After weeks of leaks, Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 6 Pro smartphone in Thailand. The announcement has come through the Thai edition of Mi forum. The smartphone is not yet listed on the official website of the company.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is the first phone from the company to come equipped with dual front-facing cameras and dual rear cameras. The backside of the phone features 12-megapixel f/1.9 aperture + 5-megapixel depth sensor. The notch of the phone is equipped with dual selfie setup with 20-megapixel f/2.0 aperture as primary sensor and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The notched screen houses a 6.26-inch IPS LCD screen that supports Full HD+ resolution and it offers a screen-to-body ratio of 86 percent. The display is shielded by 2.5D Gorilla Glass. The handset is packed with a 4,000mAh battery.
The Snapdragon 636 chipset is the driving force of the smartphone. The 64 GB storage variant of the phone includes 4 GB of RAM. It carries a pricing of THB 7,000 ($215). The pricing of the lower variant with 32 GB storage and 3 GB RAM is not available. The handset can be availed in colors black, blue, red, pink and rose gold.
