Xiaomi has achieved great leap when it comes charging technologies. Most recently, the company unveiled the new Mi Air Charge remote charging technology which is capable of charging multiple devices simultaneously without the need of any cables or charging stands.
Now, the Chinese smartphone giant is rumored to be working on an upcoming Xiaomi smartphone which will support a blazing-fast 200W wired charging. This might sounds a bit fat-fetch, but its still something we believe Xiaomi is capable of achieving.
After all, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra’s 120W fast-charging was the fastest among all smartphones launched last year which is an actual testament of the company’s leadership in this aspect.
Although there isn’t any information pertaining to the identity of this smartphone, but there’s a possibility that this device could be one of Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship phones including the Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Ultra or even the long-rumored Mi Mix 4.
Interestingly, we do know from the same report that this device could debut somewhere in Q2, 2021 as well.
