Xiaomi To Collaborate With Tencent Video On The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Launch

With the launch date of the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 drawing closer, the company is now making some speculations confirmed. This phablet is set to arrive on July 19th and we have earlier confirmed from an official poster that it will sport a huge 5500 mAh battery as against the widely speculated 5400 mAh battery which was announced on its TENAA listing. Now, another poster released by Xiaomi indicates that the company will collaborate with Tencent Video for the launch of the Xiaomi Mi Max 3.

Tencent Video is one of the largest Chinese video streaming websites and as at of April 2018 it has accrued over 500 million mobile monthly active users, and 63 million subscribers. From the official poster, there is a clear indication that this comes with a large 6.9-inch display which has long been speculated anyway. Another interesting aspect of this poster is the phrase “Westworld” which is written at the bottom of the poster followed by the logo of Xiaomi and Tencent Video.

The second season of  “Westworld” recently went on Air in the UK and US and it appears that the Max 3 launch will be associated with this sci-fi series released by HBO. This series is exclusive to Tencent video in China and has a huge followership in the country. The vice president Tencent Video, Yan Na, will be available for the launch of the Xiaomi Mi Max 3.
