ZTE Axon 11 5G debuts with Snapdragon 765 SoC

As scheduled, ZTE has finally unwrapped their first 5G mid-ranger smartphone during an online launch event today. This device, known as the ZTE Axon 11 5G, is poised to be a strong contender to upcoming Vivo S6 5G and the current Redmi K30 5G smartphones.

For starter, the ZTE Axon 11 5G utilizes a dewdrop-notch AMOLED, curved display which measures approximately 6.47-inches diagonally. The front display also has an integrated in-display fingerprint sensor as an additional security feature.

Under the hood, the ZTE Axon 11 will be driven by the latest Snapdragon 765 SoC which enables the device to support both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G modes. There will be up to 8GB of RAM and as much as 256GB onboard storage space on the device.

On the flip-side, there will be a squarish camera module located at the top-left corner which play host to a quad-camera setup comprising of an impressive 64 megapixels main shooter, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 2 megapixels macro lens, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. This will be completed with a 20 megapixels selfie camera at the front.

To keep its lights on, there will be a 4,000mAh battery which support Quick Charge 4.0 fast-charging technology. On the software-side, it will come loaded with MiFavor 10 UI based on the latest Android 10 OS.

For those who’re interested, the device wi’ll be offered in two different colorways known as Laser Black and Pearl White.

ZTE Axon 11 5G Pricing

In China, the ZTE Axon 11 5G will be priced at 2,698 Yuan (US$380), 2,998 Yuan (US$422) and 3,398 Yuan (US$478) for it’s 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB models respectively.
