The Nubia Z17 has been officially unveiled. The specification and features of this smartphone suggests that there is no flagship phone like this one. The phone that has a splash-proof body appears similar to its predecessor, the Nubia Z11. Its rear side is made of up of metal and the trademark red-circle capacitive Home button sits on the chin of the phone at the front.
It features a 5.5-inch bezel-less display that offers full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. It is the first Snapdragon 835 driven phone with 8 GB of RAM. It does not feature a microSD card and it also lacks a 3.5mm audio jack.
One of the USPs of the phone is that it features a dual rear camera setup on its rear which features a 23-megapixel sensor and a 12-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture and offers a large pixel size of 1.4micron. The front features a 16-megapixel camera. It features a 3,200mAh battery with the all new Quick Charge 4+ support.
The Nubia Z17 with 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage is priced at 2,799 Yuan ($411). Its other 6 GB RAM model with 128 GB storage costs 3,399 Yuan ($499). The true flagship variant with 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage is priced at 3,999 Yuan ($587). Its first sale registrations will begin in China today at 9 PM and will be available for purchase on June 6 starting at 10 AM. It can be either bought through official store of Nubia or JD.com. Its color options include Black, Black Gold, Gold, Blue and Red.
