ZTE will be unveiling its new flagship phone on Oct. 12. Recent rumors have revealed that the Nubia Z17S will “full screen 2.1” design will be unleashed on Thursday. Earlier today, ZTE Nubia Z17S and Nubia Z17 Mini S appeared on the 3C page of Jingdong Mall, a Chinese retailer site. This indicates that both the devices will be unveiled through the upcoming launch event.
In the previous month, ZTE Nubia phone with model number NX589J was certified by TENAA. It seems that this smartphone will arrive as an upgraded version of Nubia Z17 Mini that was unveiled in April this year. The Z17 Mini came with a single selfie camera and dual rear cameras. The images of the alleged Z17 Mini S that appeared on TENAA reveals that it features dual rear and front cameras. Moreover, the above image taken from JD also shows that the Z17 Mini Shas four cameras.
The Nubia Z17 that was unveiled with a 5.5-inch screen, Snapdragon 835 SoC and 8 GB of RAM. Earlier in this week, the Nubia NX595J smartphone was spotted at TENAA with 5.73-inch full screen display, 8 GB of RAM, dual rear and front cameras. The TENAA images as well as the above image from JD reveals that the typical red-circle Home button has been removed from the alleged Nubia Z17 in order to house a larger display.
