Here’s how the upcoming Huawei Y8s looks like

Huawei will soon be announcing a new entry-level smartphone known as the Huawei Y8s. Courtesy of reputable leaker Evan Blass (via GSMArena), we’re now able to have a look at the device’s official render ahead of its launch.

As seen from the render, the Huawei Y8s will arrive with a considerable top-notch on its front panel which will play host to a selfie camera. At the back, the device will sport a rectangular camera module which resembles that of the newly announced Honor 9X Lite.

Within the camera module, there will be a pair of camera sensors which will include a 48 megapixels main camera and possibly a 2 megapixels depth sensor. This will be assisted with a LED flash located slightly below the second camera sensor. Similarly, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor is present as well.

At current stage, there is still no official words on the device’s specs. However, it is likely to be driven by an octa-core Kirin 710F SoC which will be paired with 3GB/ 4GB RAM.
