Although Honor has been teasing their upcoming Honor 9X Pro almost everyday since last week, but they have yet to reveal anything about the device’s design.
However, things have changed. Earlier today, Honor has finally revealed the rear design of the Honor 9X Pro in a promotional image on their Chinese Weibo blog.
Since the image shows a triple-camera setup on its back panel, it is likely that the device is the Honor 9X Pro. This is because the Vanilla Honor 9X is rumored to feature a dual-camera setup on its rear chassis instead.
Similar to most other recent smartphones, the Honor 9X Pro will have a shifting Purply-Blue paint job which is able to reflect light such that you can see a ‘X’ sign at the middle of the device.
Honor 9X Specifications
According to reports, the Honor 9X Pro is likely to arrive with a 6.59-inch display which is driven by the latest Kirin 810 SoC. In its memory compartment, it is said to feature 6GB/ 8GB of RAM and 128GB/ 256GB internal storage space.
Its triple-camera setup on back should be comprised of a 48-megapixel main snapper, an 8-megapixel superwide angle sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there will be a 20 megapixels motorize pop-up selfie camera.
Under the hood, there is also a 3,750mAh non-removable battery which keep its lights on for an extended period of time. If nothing goes wrong, the Honor 9X series will be officially announced on July 23rd next week.
