The Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro are the upcoming smartphones from Huawei’s sub-brand. The Honor 9X series will go official on July 23. The Chinese firm has confirmed that Honor 9X / 9X Pro will be equipped with the all new 7nm Kirin 810 chipset that was used on the recently announced Huawei Nova 5 smartphone. Today, popular tipster Evan Blass has shared the schematics of the Honor 9X to reveal its design.
The Honor 9X image shared by Blass shows that it will be sporting a notch-less display and a pop-up selfie camera. The display will be surrounded by slim bezels and it will feature a slightly thick chin. The right edge of the phone has volume up and down buttons. The regression below it seems to be for the side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The rear shell of the phone has a vertical dual camera setup that includes an LED flash as well. Blass has not revealed any information on the specs of the Honor 9X.
Recent reports have revealed that the HLK-AL10 model number belongs to the Honor 9X. The handset had recently passed 3C certification through which it was revealed that it carries support for 10W charging. The Honor 9X and 9X Pro will be arriving as successors for the Honor 8X and Honor 8X Max phones that were released last year.
