Lenovo Group VP Chang Cheng has shared an image today that reveals a lot of information about the triple camera setup of the upcoming Lenovo Z6 smartphone. The poster that confirms the camera configurations of the Lenovo Z6 also includes some camera samples that shows off its photography prowess.
The AI triple camera setup of the phone includes the Sony IMX576 24-megapixel primary sensor. It is equipped with an expensive Close Loop motor that increases the focusing speed and output rate. It can shoot with a maximum resolution of 5696 x 4272 and the official claim is that it can be used to print a huge poster of 2 x 1.5m. The main sensor supports 4-in-1 pixel binning and multi-frame synthesis algorithm for capturing impressive shots in low-light conditions.
There is a telephoto lens of 8-megapixel in the triple camera setup that offers 2x optical zoom and there is a third 5-megapixel depth sensor. The handset supports 8x hybrid zoom. On the frontside of the phone is a 16-megapixel selfie camera that is powered with AI for capturing naturally enhanced selfie shots.
The Lenovo Z6 is confirmed to come with other features like 6.39-inch display, Snapdragon 730 chipset and 4,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging. However, the company is yet to confirm on the launch date of the smartphone. Hopefully, it may debut at the beginning of the coming month.
