Nokia 9 Launch Date Preponed to January 2019

Earlier rumors had claimed that the HMD Global would be launching the Nokia 9 flagship phone with penta-lens setup in September. However, a recent report had revealed that the company had postponed the launch of the Nokia 9 phone to February 2019’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) event. Fresh information that has surfaced claims that the HMD Global has preponed the launch of the smartphone to January.

Rumors have it that the Nokia 9 may feature a notch-less display of 5.9 inches. The handset is expected to carry support for an aspect ratio of 18:9. However, the USP of the smartphone will be its penta-lens camera setup that will be accompanied by a large-sized LED flash and laser autofocus.

The Snapdragon 845 chipset is expected to power the smartphone. The SoC is associated with 6 GB of RAM. The handset includes an inbuilt storage of 128 GB. There is no information available on the other specs of the smartphone.
