Oppo Realme 2 Arrives with Notched Display, Dual Camera and Big Battery

The Oppo Realme 2 has landed today as a successor of the Realme 1 that that was unveiled just three months ago. The new device boasts a large screen space thanks to its notched display and it comes with some other attractive features like dual camera and big battery.

Oppo Realme 2 Specifications, Features and Pricing

The Oppo Realme 2 features a 6.2-inch notched IPS LCD screen that produces HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels. The modest Snapdragon 450 SoC is present as the heart of the smartphone. The 32 GB and 64 GB storage variants of the phone are equipped with 3 GB and 4 GB of RAM. It features a dedicated slot for adding a microSD card slot. The handset is preinstalled with Android 8.1 Oreo that is overlaid ColorOS 5.1 skin.

For photography, the Oppo Realme 2 is equipped with f/2.2 aperture 13-megapixel + f/2.4 aperture 2-megapixel dual camera and a front-facing shooter of 8-megapixel with f/2.2 aperture. It receives power from a 4,230mAh battery. For security, the handset offers its users with features like face unlock and fingerprint reader.

The 32 GB and 64 GB Realme 2 variants are respectively priced at Rs. 8,990 and Rs. 10,990. It will be available in colors like Red, Blue and Black in the Middle East and Southeast Asian markets including India. The official sales of the smartphone will begin on Sept. 4.
