Today, Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ smartphones. Like the Galaxy A8 and Galaxy A8+ smartphones that were launched few months, the A6 and A6+ also feature 18.5:9 aspect ratio supporting Infinity Display design. Also, these phones are equipped with stellar cameras. The Galaxy A6 duo come in colors like black, blue, gold and lavender.

The Samsung Galaxy A6 features a 5.6-inch S-AMOLED display that supports 720 x 1480 pixels HD+ resolution. The Exynos 7870 chipset powers the phone. It has an f1.7 aperture 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and autofocus. The front-facing f/1.9 aperture selfie camera of 16-megapixel is also equipped with an LED flash. It houses a 3,000mAh battery.
The Galaxy A6+ is fitted with a 6.1-inch S-AMOLED screen that produces 1080 x 2280 pixels FHD+ resolution. The Snapdragon 450 SoC is present under the hood of the A6+. The dual camera setup on the back panel of the phone features f/1.7 aperture 16-megapixel primary sensor and f/.19 aperture 5-megapixel secondary sensor. The front panel features f/1.9 aperture 24-megapixels snapper with LED flash. It is fueled by a larger 3,500mAh battery.
The Galaxy A6 and A6+ that are loaded with Android 8.0 Oreo will be respectively available in variants like 32 GB storage + 3 GB RAM and 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM. Both phones are equipped with other features like microSD card slot, facial recognition, fingerprint scanner, Cat. 6 LTE modem with 2CA, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC (specific markets), microUSB 2.0 and 3.5mm audio jack.
Samsung Galaxy A6, A6+ Pricing and Availability
The Galaxy A6 and A6+ are respectively priced at 309 euros (~$370) and 369 euros (~$442) in Netherlands. It will be also coming to select markets of Europe, Asia and Latin America. Countries like South Korea, Africa and China are slated to get the Galaxy A6 later on.
