UK Samsung Galaxy S4 will not have Exynos 5 octa-core processor

UK Samsung Galaxy S4 will not have Exynos 5 octa-core processorIt seems like Samsung has been joking with us all the while about the octa-core Exynos 5 processor, which they claimed the Galaxy S4 will be running on. Initially, only the U.S. variant will be running on the Snapdragon 600. But now, the list is becoming longer and longer – with Sweden, Denmark and even UK being added to the list as well. It’s really strange why Samsung has chose to equip the Galaxy S4 with Snapdragon 600, instead of Exynos 5 processor for these countries. One of the main reason I can think of is due to their inability to produce enough Exynos 5 chipsets for all the Galaxy S4 – so they’ll have to opt for the Snapdragon 600 instead. Nevertheless, the 1.9GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 chipset is still one of the most powerful processor in the market so far.

For now, let’s wait for Samsung to announce the selected countries that will be equipped with the Exynos 5 chipset onboard!
