Xiaomi Mall has official confirmed through its Weibo channel that it will begin the sales of Redmi 6 Pro in Lake Blue color starting from July 6. All the storage and RAM variants of the Redmi 6 Pro will be available in the new color.
The 32 GB storage + 3 GB RAM variant has a price tag of 999 Yuan ($150). The model with same storage and 4 GB of RAM has a pricing of 1,199 Yuan ($180). The highest configuration model with 64 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM costs 1,299 Yuan ($195).
The Redmi 6 Pro features a 5.84-inch display that supports Full HD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. The notched display of the phone produces an aspect ratio of 19:9. The Snapdragon 625 chipset is present under the hood of the device.
The backside of the Redmi 6 Pro has a 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera. It has a selfie camera of 5-megapixel that has optimized to capture better selfie shots through AI. It receives power from 4,000mAh battery. The handset is currently running on MIUI 9 based Android 8.0 Oreo. It is one of the first Xiaomi phones to get updated to MIUI 10.
In the previous week, Xiaomi had introduced the Flame Red edition of the Redmi 6 Pro in China. The handset is already in other colors like Black, Gold and Rose Gold.
