Recent reports have revealed that Oppo will be debuting a flagship phone in April. In the previous week, OPPO VP Yen Shiren had revealed some key specs of the phone and also the alleged smartphone had appeared on AnTuTu with an impressive benchmarking score. Today, the Yen Shiren has confirmed that the arrival of new series of smartphones called Oppo Reno. The first Oppo Reno phone will be debuting on April 10. Rumors are claiming that it could be the first mysterious Oppo flagship phone that was speculated to get announced in April.
The Oppo Reno registrations have begun in China. According to the information shared by Yiren in the previous week, the Oppo Reno will be powered by Snapdragon 855 chipset. It will be fueled by 4,065mAh battery. However, the major USP of the phone will be that it will carry support for 10x loseless zoom.
Rumors have it that the Oppo Reno will be featuring a triple camera module with a 48-megapixel main sensor, a 120-degree wide-angle sensor and a telephoto lens. The other rumored features of the phone include full HD+ resolution display, 8 GB of RAM, inbuilt storage of 256 GB, and Android 9 Pie. The alleged phone has recorded an average benchmarking score of 356,246 on AnTuTu. It is speculated that the handset could be priced above 4,000 Yuan ($600).
