The feverishly-anticipated Huawei Mate X foldable smartphone has made it’s official debut in the Chinese market today.

When unfolded, the Mate X offers an elegant 8-inch (measured diagonally) FullView, OLED display to serve as a tablet. It’s split-screen functionality brings you improved multitasking proficiency, where you can work on two applications simultaneously.
While the Mate X is definitely an awesome, all-rounded device to own – it’s hefty price tag is a hindering factor to most of us. In China, the device will set you back with 16,999 Yuan ($2,403) – slightly more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Fold.
For that amount of money, you could probably get yourself a Mate 30 Pro and a Matebook X Pro to deal with your daily tasks. However, the Mate X will surely offers more convenience for the users.
