The Vivo V1932A/T smartphone has bagged approval from China’s TENAA telecom authority. As usual, the TENAA appearance of the phone has revealed its entire specifications. It appears that it is the upcoming Vivo S5 smartphone that is scheduled to go official on Nov. 14.
Vivo S5 Specifications
The Vivo S5 TENAA listing reveals that it measures 157.9 x 73.92 x 8.64mm and it weighs 188 grams. The handset features a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Since TENAA lacks its images, the exact display design could not be revealed through its listings. However, it is known that the phone has a punch-hole display. The screen is integrated with an under-display fingerprint sensor.
The handset is powered by 2.3GHz octa-core processor which could be the Snapdragon 712 SoC. It is assisted by 8 GB of RAM. The Android 9 Pie OS runs on the device. The device will be coming to China in 128 GB and 256 GB storage editions. There is no microSD card slot on the device.
The rear shell of the phone has a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 5-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 5-megapixel penta-camera system that could be arranged in a diamond-shaped camera module. There could be an error in the listing because the Vivo V1932T model has 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 5-megapixel triple cameras on the rear. Both Vivo V1932A and Vivo V1932T listings reveal that the phone has a total number of five cameras. So that means it has four on the rear and one on the front.
Upfront is a 32-megapixel selfie camera. It has a minimum rated battery of 4,010mAh capacity. The V1932A 3C appearance had revealed that it could be arriving with support for up to 22.5W fast charging. The smartphone is now up for reservations in China and its sale will take place on Nov. 22.
