Yesterday, Realme has teased that the company’s upcoming Realme X50 5G will be able to support concurrent 5G and Wi-Fi connection. This is something similar to the Dual Wi-Fi mode which we’d seen among recent OPPO smartphones.
Today, the company has also confirmed that the Realme X50 will come with the enhanced VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge technology which is capable of fueling the device from 0 to 70% within a short span of 30 minutes.
This will be considerably faster than the VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge technology used by the newly announced Realme XT and Realme 5 Pro.
Although the Realme X50 is expected to be an upper mid-ranger smartphone, but it do come with loads of flagship-grade features and hardware under the hood.
The device is driven by the latest Snapdragon 765G SoC which comes with an integrated 5G modem capable of supporting both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes. It is the same chip which was used in the Redmi K30 as well.
Similarly, the Realme X50 will also come with a so-called five-dimensional ice-cooled heat dissipation system which prevents the decide from overheating after prolonged usage.
In terms of design, the Realme X50 has been confirmed to sport a pill-shaped, hole punched display that shows a close resemblance to that of the Honor V30 and Huawei Nova 6.
According to earlier reports, the device might be made official on January 5th next year.
