Besides announcing the top 10 best performing flagship phones in the global market for the month of March, AnTuTu has also ranked the top 10 highest performing mid-rangers as well.
As usual, the data source of this ranking was culminated from AnTuTu Benchmark V8 from March 1st to 31st. It’s worth noting that the average score was calculated from more than 1,000 devices, and may continue to change as more devices are being benchmarked.
For the month of March, the Redmi Note 8 Pro continue to retaine it’s top position with an average score of 292,510 points. The device is driven by a powerful gaming-centric MediaTek Helio G90T SoC paired with 6GB worth of RAM under the hood which has been proven to deliver a superior performance. In fact, the Redmi Note 8 Pro is the only smartphone in the list that utilizes a MediaTek chip.
Moving on, the second and third positions are dominated by the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro and Xiaomi Mi 9T. The former is backed by a more powerful Snapdragon 730G SoC, while the later is fueled by a Snapdragon 730 SoC instead. In terms of memory, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro also features a buffed up configuration consisting of 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage space which no doubt contribute to its higher performance score.
The Samsung Galaxy A71, which was previously in the second position, has now slipped to the forth position instead. You may realize that the performance gap between the Galaxy A71 and Xiaomi Mi 9T is extremely close as they are separated by less than 200 points. One of the key reasons is due to the fact that both devices has the same chipset and memory configurations.
Subsequently, from the fifth to tenth positions, we have the Realme X2, Xiaomi Mi Note 10, Samsung Galaxy A80, Realme Q (Realme 5 Pro), Realme XT, as well as Xiaomi Mi 9 SE.
For the month of April, we can expect to see some changes to the current ranking due to the recent launch of Redmi Note 9 Pro (Redmi Note 9S) and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in the global market.
